We worked with Greenpoint to have our new hot water heater installed. Upon first notice, we immediately noticed how thorough Matt was with his explanation so that we would understand what exactly was needed. On the day of the installation they were on time, courteous and professional. Matt made sure to answer any questions we had during the process. We had Matt install a gas line for our new gas wood stove. Absolutely fantastic job. Exceptional work done professionally in a timely fashion. The cleanliness he incorporated was bar none.
