NH Kicks Taekwondo Family Fitness
At NH Kicks Taekwondo Family Fitness, people discover their own potential for fitness, weight loss and self defense through the practice of Korea's traditional martial art. Grand Master Jung supervises all instruction, so you know you're getting the best! It's a fun and fulfilling activity for men, women and children of any age.

If you are not sure this is for you, come in and try a class for free. We think you'll be convinced about the great benefits of training in the NH Kicks community. Master Jung holds the rank of 7th Dan (7th degree black belt) and has been teaching Taekwondo in the military or in his own school since 1984.
Services
It is unlikely that your child can attend a health club with you. And you would probably feel a little out of place if you joined in with your son or daughter's soccer or baseball team. Yet at NH Kicks, every member of your family (child, teen and adult) can train together side by side. This is a great chance to gain respect for each family member's abilities and an opportunity to learn from one another.
We specialize in teaching young children ages 5 and up. The children we instruct come from all walks of life. The training they will receive here will give them pride, discipline, self confidence and self respect. The shy, withdrawn child becomes more outgoing and confident. The aggressive child is calmer and more respectful of others.
Call or email Master Jung for more information. Our martial arts adventure camp may be just what your child needs this summer. Basecamp is on the beautiful Mad River at the base of the White Mountains in Campton, NH. Participants will sleep in a traditional Mongolian Yurt built using NH native saplings.
Intermediate - Curriculum for green and blue belts. Intro to jump kicks, Korean Hapkido Self Defense, Traditional WTF poomse, sparring drills and one-on-one olympic style sparring (no contact). Olympic style training instruction (No-contact/Light contact/Full contact) Light contact at discretion of instructor.
Question #1: At what age can children start martial arts? Our experience has shown that children ages five and up will be able to take the greatest advantage from Taekwondo classes. If you are unsure your child is ready, or if your child has special needs, please call us for a free trial lesson. Master Jung will recommend the best course of action for you to take with your child.

My husband and I just started training with Master Jung. It's an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend signing up. Not only is it helping us get more active (we sit at desks all day and couches all night), but I'm learning a new skill, and learning to focus my time and energy on something healthy.

My family and I have been going to NH Kicks for well over 5 years. Master Jung is a wonderful teacher. He motivates people to work hard and grow and at the same time fosters a very friendly, supportive environment. Master Jung has a talent for engaging everyone regardless or age, or experience and so, the whole family can participate together. It has been great for my kids, my wife and myself.

NH Kicks is a great studio that teaches kids to be focused, patient, and respectful. My brother has attended this studio since he was 8, and he has grown tremendously in honor, strength, and integrity due to the model of Master Jung. Master Jung has taken Dayne under his wing and treated him as a son. Dayne has become a better man because of this. This is a phenomenal program for youth and adults alike.

My son and I have been learning from Master Jung since the beginning of the year. Tried it at the local community center and loved it so much we moved to the do jang. My son and I thoroughly enjoy it!

Tae Kwon Do has been a great experience for our whole family. It not only is a great form of exercise, but also an activity parents and children (of all ages) can do together. In addition it teaches focus and discipline. Master Jung is a great teacher and motivator!

Master Jung is amazing! He makes the class so fun for my kids! I never thought I would sign up for any type of martial arts and wasn't planning to but when he mentioned we could do it as a family we did! Its great to be able to do something with my kids instead of just watch from the side lines.
