Please don’t go here. I got my haircut once about a year ago, they did horribly, and then I had to go get it fixed by the owner. Now, I decided to give them another shot with a different stylist, and it was messed up too. Uneven and extremely choppy. I paid about $50 for the initial haircut by Kayla. I called back to get it fixed, and while I was in the chair about to get it fixed, Suzy told me she was going to charge $30 for a fix just to even up the tips. I have never heard of anything like this in my life. So am I supposed to pay $80 for a completely botched haircut? Why would I want to get

I had my hair dyed and cut. I explained what I wanted and showed a few pictures, and walked out with the worst hair dye job of my life. The opposite was achieved from what I asked for. It was over $200. All I had to show for it was a few inches of fire HOT orangey roots and the rest of my hair a subtle brownish-purple color. I did call to get it fixed, they did offer to fix. In the end, I couldn't bring myself to possibly go through that experience again. The employees were nice but the experience just wasn't there to produce an acceptable dye job. Edit : 1 week after this last visit. I notice a lot of my hair was gone. I got my hair over process and the pictures are scary. I'm trying to contact Rachel to resolve the matter. Ill update later. (The purple its gone) I still happy about my light color and cut. But the loosing of hair worries me a lot. I had my hair done with Suzy yesterday, it was my first experience with Rachael Davis hair studio and let me just say it was amazing! I have had my hair done a few times before this and this is the first time I am beyond satisfied with the results. Suzy truly understood what I wanted and went out of her way to make it happen and I appreciate it so much! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. My sister-in-law came here for the first time and was completely taken advantage of. She did not get a consultation or any explanation on how they do pricing until 2 hours into her appointment at which point her hair was partly colored and they told her they charge $100/hour. They then drug out the appointment for an additional 3 hours so her final total was $500! The majority of the time she spent just sitting in the shampoo area. They completely took advantage of her. I don’t know how they can live with themselves knowing they trap clients and fraudulently rack
