I wish I could get money back they didn’t do a good job on my hair at all it was my first time there and I have Short hair they didn’t try to flat iron the short part of my hair they didn’t even put gel or anything I had to go home and put some on they just left it looking dry the only part that look some what decent was the long part of my hair and they didn’t even really flat iron it good it looks like I blow dry it 45 dolllars definitely not worth it ! If you have short hair and want it flat iron DONT COME HERE the front looks like I blow dryed it and it looks really dry and the sides

What is wrong with hair salons in Norfolk.
I contacted this salon over 2 months ago and booked an appointment for my daughter and myself to have up dos done for my mother in laws wedding. I was very clear when booking the appointment that we needed to be on location for the wedding no later than 11:30-12
I got a call TODAY 3 weeks before the event to tell me that the stylist I was booked with is “going out of town” and that they could schedule me for a later appointment or they could put me on the waitlist and let me know if anyone cancels.
So extremely unprofessional. You fulfill your obligations

Im going to start by saying im very go with the flow when getting my hair cut, but don't tell me you're going to take off a half inch and make a straight edge, then cut 2 inches and do an undercut. Its not a bad haircut, but it isn't what we had discussed. I told him I had grown out my hair from having the side shaved and when it came to cutting it he asked what side was shaved. Listening to your client and what they want is part of the job. Sorry but im just overall very underwhelmed.

This place was great! There was a bit of a funky smell in the shop but everyone there was super nice, the products are great and I left extremely happy with my hair cut! I cannot remember the name of the woman who cut it but she was the first chair behind the reception desk and she was great!

Great customer service, great conversation and great skills! Patti is the best! Made me feel confident and absolutely beautiful after all was done!

Comfortable, clean, and cozy salon. Randy cut my hair and I left feeling like a rock star. He was funny, personable, and gave me good advice for managing thin hair. Really one of the best hair cut experiences I’ve had in years. Plus, the other employees were incredibly nice! Good vibes all around. If you’re looking for a new salon, go here!
