I worked with Sheila M. to find a home in Prescott. I was moving from another state and was concerned it would be difficult. Shiela listened to what I wanted on the phone and sent me a listing that matched perfectly. I put an offer in within the week. Her experience helped me know what offer to put down so I could feel comfortable with my down payment. She also did some adjusting when the appraisal came back lower than we expected and to my surprise things closed smoothly. I would strongly recommend Sheila for your real estate needs.

My experience with Sheila Mengarelli and the Kathleen Yamaguchi Group was one of great professionalism and competence. Our house was not an easy one to sell as it needed a young family to purchase it. The stairs to the main living area were a deterrent to the average buyer in this area. Sheila persevered, tried different sales tactics and got the job done. Thank you for a smooth and easy transition. Your whole staff was great to work with. I am/was a pre approved buyer. I am a stable (same job for 24 years and married for 26 years) person. We closed on a home in Prescott AZ last week. Kathleen represented the sellers.
Just a head's up...It was a long and arduous escrow that should have gone smoothly.

We were out of state buyers and found a home in one day. We made an offer and returned to Texas to finalize our home sale and start packing. We barely heard from our agent from the Yamauchi group, other than to find out the status of our home sale in Texas (we had a contingency offer). Her only concern seemed to be on things that impacted her commission. We've purchased a lot of homes around the country over the years and this was, by far, the least pleasant and personable experience we've ever had. We also used Jodi Petkovich! We flew in from Michigan and spent 2 days with her looking for our dream home. Not only did we find it, but she was a joy to work with. Made the whole process easier to know we were in good hands--especially since we were on the other side of the country! The whole staff was really great. Our realtor Jodi Petkovich did a fabulous job helping us find our new home in Prescott, AZ. She was available anytime we needed her and was constantly looking for properties for us.
