Troy and Kari were wonderful agents to work with. They made what could have been a stressful event into a very calm and exciting experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of during the process as well as after receiving the keys. They are a top notch team and I would not hesitate to use them in any future endeavors. In summary, we went in looking for a house and ended up with not only a wonderful home but some good friends!! Such an awesome couple!!

We can't say enough good things about our realtors, Kari and Troy Cook. They were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home-buying process. They helped us find other experts who were able to help us answer roofing, foundation and finance questions. They were supportive and encouraging as we encountered hurdles in the path to our closing. We now know them as friends in our new city.

We were so pleased with Kari and Troy when we contacted them about a home we wanted to view. They were not only courteous and helpful in trying to find just the right home at the right price, but were also very understanding of what we wanted to stay within our means. They were also willing to meet us at a moments notice, which was important since we were coming from a distance. They are eager to sell and love what they do. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dedicated, hard working realitor. You will not be disappointed!

I went with a very good friend of mine who does cattle dog herding and agility training with her dogs, to co-pilot on the drive and just observe the process. The people here know their stuff; it was quite evident in how they worked with the dog owners, the dogs and in the results of the training sessions.
