Tony and his assistant came out to replace a battery on our vehicle. Started fine for about a week and then would not start again. Checked battery terminals and they were loose which I tighten, was ok for a few days then didn’t start again. Called tony multiple times and and texted to no answer. After towing and few diagnostics found out it they didn’t tighten a connection they had loosen to get the battery out.

I can’t say thank you enough to Mr. Tony and his team. I had been having issues for the past month with starting my car. I already had to replace my starter twice since purchasing my car. And lo and behold Mr. Tony and his team was able to diagnose that it was yet the starter again. He recommended the Duralast Gold Starter, which I didn’t purchase the 1st nor 2nd time we had it replaced. They were able to fix it in a timely manner, and the price was more affordable than the Honda Dealership. I will truly be returning for any other car needs, and will recommend my family, friends, and co-workers

I am so thankful for Tony and his team! My battery died at the top of a parking deck, and i was unable to get help from my roadside assistance bc the parking deck was too small. Thankfully Tony came quickly with a new battery and installed it for me within 10 minutes! I am new to the Raleigh area and so grateful I have found a great mechanic to work with already!

They came to my house to install a new battery...what a Godsend! They were here within 2 hours of my phone call, much sooner than they originally quoted. The technician was done within 15 minutes and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing. He also checked my computer to see why my engine light was on FOR FREE! I love this service and now know where I will go to get my car fixed. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much!

Had truck for 5 days to replace two small brake lines. Lines and access to them were already removed for them. Spoke to owner on phone and was told was having specific mechanic do it because he was great and fast at it so only take about an hour! 5 days later I picked up my truck. Then he wants to tell me bill was $400 when truck sat for 4 days before it was ever brought inside because I kept stopping for answers because they would never answer the phone or return calls with updates. Spoke with other mechanics in area and was told I was been robbed blind! Definitely will never recommend this garage

Best mechanic shop I ever had. This place is my go to. Tony and his team are really knowledgeable about any mechanical issues you have with a vehicle. I had a Mercedes-Benz and a BMW done at this shop. He has fixed my shock and struts for both my vehicles and drives like it's freshly of the lot. Especially the BMW took extra time to make sure it was straight as a arrow. They also took extra time to tell me if any other issues were going on with my vehicle. Love this shop. I could not be more satisfied with their work.

Highly incompetent, very unprofessional and shady.
I had my car with them for over 3 months and they could not solve the problem, instead made excuses and false promises.
I was initially promised the car back in 3 days but they managed to turn this into a 3 month misery for me which ended in my car going to a "real" mechanic on a tow truck.
They do not answer phones, return messages after 4, 5 or 7 days and have no clue about repairing cars.
Everything they touched and "repaired" was messed up even more via improper coding of the modules,incorrect installation of parts introducing
