I'm the type of individual who tries to stay knowledgeable on items/situations that have the potential to cost me mucho money. The service and workmanship is top notch, but what I love about TXTA, is their customer service Cliff and the rest of the team has provided me. They've been uber accommodating with all of the questions I've had. If they can't help you, they are quick to give you good advise and have brethren in the industry to direct you to. Ty TXTA! Went in for tires and alignment. Fast service alignment wasn’t able to be done due to ball joint issue no problem. Customer service left something to be desired. Was a little disturbed that the convenience fee was $39.75 for a card use. I was assuming $5-10 and normally understand, yet I get it. All and all they did what I went for, yet felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a welcomed customer. He was very professional yet probably best to have a people person at front counter. They gave me a fair estimate for needed work. I went elsewhere paying a higher price for better customer service

Purchased a suspension lift for my Nissan Xterra and called around to multiple shops for quotes. From my first few emails with Dustin I knew this was the shop for me. Team Xtreme did an outstanding job helping me. They ordered and installed a BakFlip MX4 truck bed cover on my Toyota Tundra. The cover arrived when they said it would, and the install was completed flawlessly and on time.
