Chris' bid was very fair, they were on time, they cleaned up after themselves, they were careful about not letting our dogs out, he was patient with my indecision and they did a fantastic job! We used Chris for the interior painting and kitchen cabinets of our new house. He did an outstanding job! Chris is responsive to questions and a perfectionist of his own work. Our job was large and had an aggressive timeline. He finished on time and did not sacrifice the quality of his work. You will not go wrong selecting him to perform work.

Don't trust him when he gives you the bid.
He gave me an estimate for the service and told me he can start In couple of weeks than he changed the price and started asking me $250 for the time he spent to show me the paint colors when I asked him why he changed the estimate price he started saying he is going to file a lien against my property. So please be very careful with this guy.

* Beware for this gentleman's ambiguous contracts! He does not write
specific details in the job description.
* He jacks up the his prices on his invoice. He didn't even state there
what was done on the job to justify the higher price, but he almost
doubled the original hours on his ambiguous proposal/contract. The
invoice was written for indoor work, but it was actually for outdoor
window frames, second story trim work and completing the painting of
our chimney, both

We received a glowing recommendation for Chris Dwyer from another amazing professional (Plumbing Pros). We contacted Chris, he booked an appointment for a bid, and came out in just a few days. His bid was more than reasonable so we contracted with them. Prior to the job, he brought paint samples for us to choose our color. We were very adamant about the color we had in mind (I more than my husband); but, Chris had the patience of a saint..keeping at it until we were able to find a color we liked. We also had some door repairs that he said he would fix.
