Recommended to to me by my childhood friend's dad, and he is a cranky, hard to please dude so I take his recommendations seriously. Anyway, if there is one thing I've learned in my short time on this earth, it's you get what you pay for. Did I originally experience some sticker shock when I read my estimate for paint and dry rot repair? Yes. Do I have any regrets going forward with the project? Absolutely not - my peace of mind not having to deal with a sketchy contractor is totally worth it. My house is almost 100 years old so you know there was nasty old paint, old unnecessary

NBM Construction painted the exterior of our house and repaired dry rot. The house is 70 years old, stucco with some of that corduroy-like siding on the front of the house. Nick was always on time, from the estimate appointment to the the last day of painting. He communicated with texting and was prompt with replies. The house was last painted more that 15 years ago and really needed it again. One window sill had pretty bad dry rot. Some painters would have repaired with bondo. Nick and Edward, who assisted with this job, had the skill and tools to extract the whole sill out with surgical precision

Very happy!! You never know when you hire a contractor till the job is done. But rest assure Nick and his crew are true professionals. I had lots of dry rot on my siding and trim. You would never know by looking at it now. Everything matches perfect. Quality in everything they do. Attention to detail and the nicest people. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the best at a very fair price.

We needed to update our interior paint quickly after our floors were refurbished and Nick was amazing! We moved out for our floors to be done and wanted to complete our interior paint as quick as possible so we wouldn't have to keep moving our stuff back in and out during our multiple projects (not to mention I was 5 months pregnant and we couldn't wait too long). After contacting many painters and getting some ridiculously high quotes, Nick was the only one willing to complete our project within the next few weeks and at a reasonable price. He was very responsive, professional and easy
