A DUI arrest is a very stressful event, and it can cause much anxiety. It can happen to anyone. You may be thinking what is going to happen to my license? Will I have to serve (more) jail time? Am I going to lose my job? It may feel like the end of the world, IT IS NOT! But, it is absolutely time to level the playing field with an experienced DUI attorney on your side.
If you've received an infraction, you have a mere 20 days (7 days for DUI) to respond and request a hearing before the court. If you've been mailed your infraction, rather than a hand delivery from an officer, you have 18 days to respond and request a hearing before the court. Infractions affect your insurance costs.
A Domestic Violence Protection Order, can be issued by a court to order a person to stay away from your home, and leave a shared residence. Generally, a temporary order, which is valid for 14 days, will likely be issued if the petitioner files a motion showing fear from harm. The temporary order must be served on the offending person in order to be valid.

I hired Chloe Alyn to help out with a pretty scary issue in the midst of COVID-19. I don't even know where to start in speaking about Chloe but I'll start with how passionate she was in helping me.
