Jay Rosloniec started Verity Law in 2010 with a vision to provide his clients with practical solutions in the areas of business law, real estate law, and estate planning and administration. Verity Law is committed to providing these services to clients using a fee structure that is fair and reasonable.
Verity Law advises and assists clients with issues in three primary areas: estate planning and administration; gift planning; family and closely held business administration and transition planning. Verity Law works closely with each client to develop a complete understanding of the client's goals and priorities, the dynamics of the client's family, and the legacy that the client wants to secure.

We needed to get our will/estate/trust updated as a family of five. Jay made many good suggestions I didn't even think of and was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I could tell this was something he knew inside and out. Finally, he was incredibly pleasant and nice to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there who needs to have estate work done.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Jay at Verity Law. He helped us with putting together a Will and Trust for our family. He walked us through every detail and made sure to explain each section so well. He made us feel very comfortable to ask questions when we needed. He was very patient with us and allowed us to take our time making decisions. We throughly enjoyed working with Jay and would definitely recommend him!!

One of the biggest things I look for in professional relationship - educate me. Verity Law did a great job helping my husband and I feel informed to make the best decisions for ourselves. Plus, with an attorney I want to feel like they are looking out for us and they did a great job making recommendations about things we may not know. Verity Law was extremely useful in helping my new business navigate a commercial lease and various supporting / supplemental documents. Jay is knowledgeable, professional and was instrumental in helping review these documents, identifying and mitigating lessee pitfalls and risks, and brokering difficult negotiations with lessor. His reviews were timely and helped us work with landlord to agree on many terms including navigating a costly commercial HVAC system replacement. At the end of the day, all parties were happy with the contract and Jay's fees were reasonable and appropriate for this type

The team at Verity Law was great to work with. They helped my husband and I set up an estate plan for our family and were very professional, friendly and responsive. They were also extremely flexible, especially given the extenuating circumstances of not being able to meet in person due to COVID restrictions. We would definitely recommend them.
