James McBain and his assistant lost our information multiple times that was needed to close our deal and we had to re send the same info 4 times and she still claims to be rushing the info and blamed it on the inspector when it was clearly her... she lied to us and our realtor.. going on 2 months and still not closed... inspector was done 2 weeks ago with the final inspection and she was told we have to take off of work for special things and she keeps postponing everything.... we will be re financing asap. Even our realitor said she is way out of time and this needs to be done now ..this process

The reality is that from the offer being accepted to closing it was 37 days which IS AMAZING for a VA home loan which typically can take up to 60-90 plus days. James and his team were stellar in providing all the documents in a timely manner to help us expedite the process.
