Corey was awesome to work with and explained everything I asked him to when I didn't understand something. He even found something BIG that was left off of the sellers disclosure which really could have affected our buying process if we would have been left the fix the problem ourselves rather than the buyer.

We used 360 inspections for our first home and I could not be happier. As first time homeowners it was really important to us to understand what potential issues we would need to keep an eye out for and what we were getting ourselves into. The inspection was thorough, and we were walked through things that needed to be fixed immediately, things that we should keep an eye on, and things we may have come up in the future in addition to our detailed report. The 360 Inspections team was great from start to finish! It was so easy to book my appointment online, and the inspectors were on time, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were also extremely thorough. I never felt dumb for not knowing something, and they helped refer me to some other companies around the area that I loved as well!
