I have went to Jason for my home inspections for the last 3 years now (wish I had met him sooner) and recommend him to anyone and everyone that I can. I’m a home remodeler in KC and have been doing work in the field since I was in elementary school and I can, without a doubt, say that he knows his stuff. Jason was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He isn't an alarmist and helps provide rational conclusions and fixes for issues he sees. Surefire was excellent to work with. Thorough, professional, friendly and helpful. He made my husband and I feel confident in our decisions moving forward on the house. The report was top notch and sent to us quickly. This is not our first time buying a home or getting an inspection, but Jason was a grade far and above our last experience. Jason was phenomenal to work with! He’s very detailed & very knowledgeable! He walked me through the house and explained everything in detail so that I fully understood any concerns. This is our second house we’ve purchased and our first inspector wasn’t as thorough as Jason so we are so thankful we had him for our second purchase. He went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend his services!

Jason was very personable and professional. Once I scheduled my inspection, he made contact with me via phone within 2 hours to introduce himself. As he proceeded with the inspection he updated me with details and his written report was very detailed. I had absolutely no concerns at the conclusion of the inspection. He made it his priority to ensure all of my questions were answered. He also went above and beyond by measuring each room I wanted dimensions on. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection or for any of his other listed services.

Jason was fantastic. My wife and I are first time home buyers and our realtor went with Jason for the home inspection on 2/19 and what an outstanding choice it was. Extremely personable, very thorough, and even called after he left to leave a voicemail about something he had additional info about. Walked around with us and went over everything. We were extremely impressed and appreciative of Jason’s professionalism. He was beyond flexible and willing to work with us when we were going back and forth with the seller of whether we were going to move forward with the home purchase or not. Jason made himself available to accommodate us. When it was finally go time for the inspection, he was more than happy to give us a verbal summary over the phone since we were moving from out of state.
