A therapist here made my father's spinal fracture-related pain significantly worse. On the very first visit, they proceeded with aggressive and damaging hands-on neck manipulation while having an incomplete understanding of his condition, and showed a general lack of care and caution for such a sensitive and dangerous injury type. He suffered long lasting after effects, and later scans suggested that they actually made the fracture worse. If you want to be treated with care when undergoing physical therapy, avoid this place.

They do not enforce the mask mandate and allow customers to do therapy without a mask or with the mask under their chin. Whether or not one believes in the efficacy of masks, many of the people there are old and fragile, and it is mandated that masks should be used. I complained to my therapist about a woman that was close to me and appeared to defiantly not use a mask. My guy said some people say they don't use a mask because of pulmonary issues. I have COPD and wear a mask in public. I'm not willing to take the risk inherent with unmasked people in an enclosed area and have changed therapy companies

I didn’t think I’d be able to take care of my husband after shoulder replacement surgery. He outweighed me by quite a bit. Big thank you to Margaret (the RN), Dr. Dan (the PT), and Virginia (the CNA) for helping us get the apartment set up and giving me the support to do my part of the job. You won’t find nicer, more responsive folks anywhere.

Waited almost an hour in the lobby and decided to leave instead. They told us to come in at 10:30 and waited till 11:25.
There was nobody there when we arrived.
About 10 other people arrived after us and they were all seen before us. We were left last.
For being a therapy place where their goal is to fix your back, knees and neck it's surprising that they make people wait an hour in chairs that are very uncomfortable.
I almost feel like I should get therapy for my back now. ;p

Very disappointed with LC Comprehensive Rehab. My doctor had recommended them for outpatient services to treat back pain. To start with my doctor recommended 1 treatment per week, but during my consultation that was quickly elevated to 2 times a week. Sure, why not get as much money as possible.
The physical therapists were more than willing to start work on me without even reviewing an x-ray to see what they were dealing with, but I've found that typical of Physical Therapists in Las Cruces.
They are very expensive, as in about $800 for 5-6 weeks of therapy under my insurance plan.
