Services
We at Ingram Funeral Home are very proud of our staff which is firmly committed to relieving the stress and easing the burdens of the families who depend on us. Our professional staff consists of licensed funeral directors and embalmers, office managers and funeral assistants. We have and always will continue to believe in the commitment of family service to those we serve.
Today, more and more people are preplanning their funerals. Preplanning, or prearranging, is simply taking care of your service details before the need arises. Working together with our funeral director, Paul, you can be sure these details are taken care of. Your prearrangement could include whether you would like a traditional funeral or a simple memorial service.
Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. We also plan for the unexpected events of life by purchasing home, auto and medical insurance. Understanding the benefits of pre-planning has prompted many to take the step to plan their own arrangements.
Many who have undergone the emotional strain of arranging a funeral within hours of losing a loved one have made the choice to pre-plan their own funeral. Doing so lifts the burden from their loved ones by relieving decision-making pressure at a time of grief and emotional stress. Funeral arrangements are a deeply personal choice.
GriefNet.org is an Internet community of persons dealing with grief, death, and major loss. We have almost 60 e-mail support groups and two web sites. The Grief Watch site was created to provide you with bereavement resources, memorial products and links that can help you through your personal loss.
