Was very unhappy with the unprofessional nature of an employee named joel who claimed to be part owner of the buisness only to find out hes just a regular employee who needs to learn how to use proper language in front of women and children. God forbid having to endure burying another loved one during this uncertain and arduous time I hope the next time it will be at Grisell Funeral home so my daughter won't have another new word in her vocabulary. God Bless
