Update* at the end.
The therapist for my intake appointment was extremely rude and kept talking over me and interupting me.
No social distancing, i was within 6 feet of other clients one every piece of equipment I needed to use, the receptionist couldn't cover her nose with her mask, made clients clean the machines themselves (I have a severe back injury and am unable to bend and they made me clean a peddle bike machine) leading to improperly sanitized equipment.
The therapist Shad who I had my intake appointment with also handled my first two appointments and continued to push me much farther

I highly recommend Apple Therapy. I had wrist surgery and couldn't move my fingers when I started there. Less than two months later I'm completely functional and using my hand and wrist as I normally would. My hand/occupational therapist, Lynn, was very skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. I definitely would not have progressed this quickly without her help. Thanks Apple Therapy!
