August 3, a Saturday, and the air goes out! Called Tri- Counties not expecting any service until Monday or Tuesday but I was wrong. Charles was out by lunchtime Saturday and air conditioner was running better then ever in no time. Thank you, Charles!

Wade and Jay were so good to us! We had a bad experience with home warranty people, I called and they got out the same day and the next day part was installed and we were up and running!!! Thank y’all so much!!!!
