Services
Here's the truth: most funeral homes consider their primary function to be handling remains. Instead, we think of our job as having two parts: physical and emotional. The physical is burials, entombments and inurnments. The emotional is working with families to design healing experiences. Our peaceful and intimate setting becomes a place where people find closure, renewal and togetherness.
With our online grief support you're assured of our commitment to helping you through this difficult time. It doesn't matter what time of day, or what day of the week you need support, we're here for you. You can access online counseling services, join in group grief support, or watch our interactive videos, anytime: 24/7.
Hancock Funeral Home is proud to offer our families the finest in cremation and burial products. We invite you to review our selection prior to meeting with a member of our staff for the arrangement conference. We have heard thousands of questions, and chosen to provide you with the answers to some of the more common questions relating to a funeral, a funeral service and funeral homes.
Pre-planning is determining the details of your funeral and cemetery services in advance. To some, this may sound like a difficult conversation. But putting a plan in place is actually a smart and caring thing to do. With a plan, you'll reduce stress for grieving loved ones-and simply let them honor and celebrate your life, knowing things are happening just as you wanted.
To our friends and families, we will be pleased to welcome your visit to our warm and comfortable facility. Hancock Funeral Home is unlike any funeral home you've ever seen; it's truly a one-of-a-kind place. We invite you to come and witness the southern charm of the funeral home with its wrap-around porches and large rooms.

My mom passed away the end of January 2021. My dad paid them to put her obituary in the toledo blade. Well here it is June and still not in the paper. Have emailed and called several times and no return call or email. At this point all we want is the money returned. Finally after 6 months we got the money back. But now my dad needs a copy of the bill that says my mom's cremation was paid in full and they are not returning any of are calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all this was a very simple cremation and everything went well at first. Mistakes were made when they sent the information to vital stastistics stating her birth month as May instead of October. I stayed an extra couple weeks trying to get this resolved before returning to Nevada. When I called Florida vital statistics the said the funeral director had sent nothing to them to have this corrected. I tried to call Charles for months and he refused to return my calls. Now I am down to the wire to transfer car titles ect. I had to pay extra money to have this taken care of this. The sad thing
