I had my initial service in July. Since then I've left 4 voicemails to schedule the follow up visits. Today I was told I have to pay again for the inital service fee of $175 instead of receiving the followup service fee of $50. It's not my fault no one tried contacting me to schedule my follow-up visits after July. My phone records the 4 calls I've made with no reply from Paladin. I'm very disappointed in this customer service experience.

Ed was very professional, responsive and on time. We are having a bat problem and he was extremely knowledgeable and quick to come up with a solution. Very personable and caring which is hard to find these days in anyone. Would definitely recommend!
