The service provider was very professional. I wish he had worn shoe covers because I have light colored carpeting in my basement. He explained how the mice bait works and what to expect. He also told me where he placed the stations. I feel very hopeful that the critters will choose to go elsewhere. I know they are looking for warm & dry shelter and readily available food so it makes me sad. But I can’t live with mice inside the house!

Tried two nationally known pest control companies, but after several years of poor-to-nonexistent service had to find a better option. So thankful to have found High Country Pest Control! Not only do they arrive on schedule, I get outstanding service every single time! They take pride in the work they do, and it shows! In addition to servicing both homes, they’re working on our mole (or is it vole?) problem in our forest meadow. Kudos to all the team at High Country! You’re the best!! 💕

Though I was surprised at the fairly high cost of wasp removal these days, I was very pleased that technician Tim arrived at my house within an hour of my calling for an estimate. Tim was very efficient, friendly, and removed webs and nests from my shed and house. Tim educated me about dust vs. spray, and I observed him working the entire time so I can perhaps attempt to remove pests on my own in the future, to save money because of my extremely limited income. I was also pleased that there is a 30 day warranty in the event that wasps and black widows return in the next month, and a technician

I called yesterday for an appointment. They were available for same day but I booked next day. Tim was my serviceman. Not only was he thorough and knowledgeable about bugs and handling my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond. He got one of my daughters toys off of our roof and dug something out that was mistakenly thrown in our trash! A+ for this guy and this company! Thank you guys!
