Couldn't check in until exactly 3. Just wanted to pay at 2 but was told no. Then wanted to leave 2nd key at desk for my wife who was arriving a little later and was told I couldn't do that. Desk people were not friendly and did not make me feel in the lest bit welcome. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Please never stay at this hotel/homeless drug shelter ever.I pre paid to stay here one night with my family.When getting to the parking lot we noticed alot of strange characters that were up to no good.Got into our room and noticed the shower was broken.Went to the front desk and complained to just be given another room where my neighbor was replacing his entire front end of his suv that had been wrecked.Numerous twickers walk around.I went back to the front desk and checked out immediately.Telling the owner as to why I would not stay here with my family.He didn't care and wouldn't give

Got a 2 because it looked clean and that but really it wasn't when we tried to settle down and lay down my wife found black short hairs all on the pillows and in it also a few on the bed then the power went out twice where everything just shut off then slowly tuned back on witch did not make her feel comfortable especially due to the fact that we have a 2-month-old and my wife's hair is long black with gray so I thought she was just saying that she found hair but in reality she did and wasn't ours because mine is blonde and my daughter didn't even get to lay on the bed yet so we packed up and went

Lowest Price Guaranteed! This hotel gave so much fun but will not hurt your budget. It was a family-fun-oriented hotel. Every holiday and birthday, we spend here in the hotel. We had a very good sleep here because I love their very soft and comfortable mattresses. My kids enjoy it so much whenever we are here.

We had a four-night stay at this hotel, and the room had a very good view of the ocean. It’s got all five-star amenities and very good breakfast selection including vegetarian as we are vegetarian. The bed and bed linen are very good quality. The restaurant area was well-appointed, and the breakfast selection was fabulous! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This is our third time staying here. It was amazingly clean as always. We arrived from Arizona at 1:30 pm. We were allowed to check in early at no extra charge. The gentleman that greeted me at desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was sanitized perfectly. I used my own cleaner on remote and desk with a white towel and not any dirt or residue remained on towel after cleaning. It is located walking distance from many restaurants and entertainment. I made a reservation on their website that allowed for check in at 12:00. It makes NO mention of a $30 early check in fee. I get here just before 12 and the snooty receptionist said I hav to pay the early arrival fee or just wait. The reservation I told says the time of check-in and the total amount to be paid right here. She just kept repeating herself like a broken record. "It says it on the website there's an early check in fee. (At least 4 times) I said age should honor the details as noted in THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Neither a smile nor sunshine can be found here. This place deserves negative stars. The Front desk staff (except Jacob) are absolutely rude and incompetent. Even worse is the female manager whos name I could not get. They will scam you out of your 100 dollar deposit. Take your credit card info, bill you then will refuse to let you into tbe room you paid for until they can confirm it on their out dated system even though you have all receipts and confirmations. If you have dead lines and appointments and are counting on a shower or some rest or work, DO NOT COME HERE. If you do not want to be ROBBED OR HAVE YOUR CASH STOLEN DO NOT COME HERE.

I booked a room through the hotels.com app and I thought I booked it for Friday August 23rd but mistakenly booked Thursday August 22nd. I called hotels.com to see if they could correct my mistake. Hotels.com called Dynasty suits and was told the hotel would be keeping my payment as penalty and wouldn't book a different night. I frequently need a room while I visit family in Riverside (like every other week) and I will never book this place again since there are plenty of other hotels to choose from. We came with our (at the time )5 month old son and there was room for his pack n play and our other stuff as well. The room was clean, we had a king size bed and there were toiletries as well.
They of course have the complimentary breakfast which was perfect for a pick me up and go!
The front desk staff was super friendly and sweet. They helped us with directions and best places to eat etc. She also gave us some traffic tips! There was sufficient parking as well. We will be returning here for our stay.

I came here thinking that inwould get a least room here to spend the night.I can here with a family of 5,and was denied one room and was told to pay for 2 rooms so i left with my money.I had asked them to reseve a place for me and the woman that was telling me that she was sacing my name but in reality she was doing nothing at all.What a mediocre person.

I got a room for two weeks with my service dog, we have all the paperwork for my dog. The day of Check out they call animal control and the owner said my dog was not a service dog. But yet they have all the paper in file. They didn't return the deposit back and call the cops. I don't recommend this place. The owner belittled me and my dog calling to fake.

I was impressed. Hardwood floors, comfortable bed, clean room, lots of amenities in the room. Check in was quick and easy. Small breakfast in the lobby. Had the same quality as well known 3 star hotels. I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in that area. Maid service kept the room up and it was quite at night. Uber Eats delivers to the hotel too. As a female traveling solo for work. I felt safe and secure.

Last minute booking. Pulled up, hopped out, and got a single bed. For 89$ a night it was a great deal. Single bed and also came with a pull out futon style bed. Pretty sure it was of European styling, (don't quote me on this).
I would definitely stay here again. On the plus side, it had a toothbrush and toothpaste! So you know I was wilding out brushing my teeth in the morning.
On my way out, grabbed a cup of joe at the front office and burned rubber leaving the parking lot. Book it!

I stayed here because i came to visit my grandpa and he didn't have enough room of the 4 of us to stay with him. we got this room last minute but it was very cute and charming.
At check in, they told us our rooms were being cleaned and we could help ourselves to some complimentary coffee in the small little lobby. Once our rooms were done, they were very cozy and warm. The bed was king and so nice and firm but not too firm. I slept wonderful. Bathroom was a bit small but it was fine. They had a fridge and microwave. There was a 7/11 right across the street and several places to eat within

I have stayed at this hotel 2-3 times already every time I visit Riverside. I would say this hotel looks a little bit fancier and nicer than the other hotels in the area. It is a little pricey though, even when I use my UCR student discount. However, the rooms are very spacious. Beds are pretty comfy, there's a bathroom and a sink/vanity type of set up prior to entering the room where the actual toilet/shower are. Room has a small fridge and a TV with basic cable as well as desk where you can do work. They also provide free breakfast in the morning for all guests that you can get at the office
