We are passionate advocates of preventive medicine. Annual wellness exams allow for us to establish and measure against a baseline of health and behavior for your dog or cat. This is incredibly important, as by the time an illness presents with obvious symptoms, it is usually in its later stages, when it is most difficult to treat.

The healthcare needs of exotic pets can differ significantly from dogs and cats, and we work to provide your pet with quality medical care every visit. I have been working with Dr. Hall, Emily, and both Samantha's trying to figure out what is going on with my dog as she has lost a lot of weight. The staff has been nothing but helpful and caring. I have requested to move all 7 of my dogs and cats here from various clinics around the area. I prefer to move them in one central location so that I can keep track of their care and establish a good relationship with the staff. They have gone above and beyond to help me care for all of my animals. I certainly appreciate the help, professionalism, and care that my animals receive here! Thank you Dr. Hall

I've taken my cats to Hall for years now. They were so great when I had a special needs adopted cat named Dexter. Even when I had to eventually put him to sleep, they were so kind and helpful. I have 2 adopted cats now and they well cared for there. My boy usually wanders around the office like he owns the place and the staff think he's a special kitty (he has the fooled that he's a good boy) and my girl is less social but she don't fuss while there.

We have been bringing our pets to your clinic for three years. Everyone at Hall has ALWAYS been so wonderful to us and our pets. Until today, when our sweet boy was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. You turned us away. We get it, it’s tough times, you are short staffed. Today was one of the hardest days of our lives and you TURNED US AWAY. You… asked us to wait 3 weeks to put him down. You thought it was OKAY for him to suffer in pain another three weeks. How is this even humane? This does not represent a passion for animals.

I can honestly say Hall Veterinary clinic is the only place I will be taking our animals. My boy Leo loves all of the girls. Will just be so patient with them and they treat him with all of the compassion in… the world. Our Emma got fixed yesterday and they worked completely around mine and husbands schedules to make sure we have the best experience and our kitty is back to normal. I will recommend this place to everyone. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hall and all of the girls working here and I will make sure all of my fur babies stay here.

Only vet in the area that will see an exotic pet. Check my guinea pig in was discovered he had a fractured spine and died the same night they were pretty good and got him in real quick. But $300.00to x-ray a guinea pig give him some meloxicam and a little bit of fluid so cute $300 is kind of expensive!

I acquired a dog from northern Michigan’s Craigslist from a family that couldn’t keep him anymore. They had gone to Dr. Hall and they gave me her number to contact her and get any information needed. She was so kind to talk with me and my husband separately on two different occasions answering any and all questions on our new little adopted baby. Dr. Hall even called twice to check on little Milo. To have that much love for animals was truly touching to me. My mother in law has been bringing her dog here since we moved to the area and we had always been satisfied,however, yesterday her dog had a tumor rupture and needed desperately to be put down. Smooch was in absolute distress, the answer from Dr Hall was so sorry I'm doing surgery all day try somewhere else!!! I was flabbergasted that they couldn't spare a few minutes to help our poor pup! I would not recommend bringing them your pet at all!

We’ve taken our male cat in to be fixed and they did a great job with him. He seemed happy and not in any pain even afterward. Jaime Bobinac was especially great. You can tell the ppl who work here are honest genuine ppl that really love animals. The price was quoted and that’s exactly what we were charged. Odin, our kitty, doesn’t mind going there… at all. As a matter of fact, Jaime has even made house calls for nail trimmings for us. She really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this vet clinic. Well it all started when I called to schedule a nail appointment to get my rabbit's nails trimmed last week. whoever spoke with me on the phone confirmed with me that my appointment was only going to be $12.50 because I only scheduled a nail trimming. there was never any mention of any extra charges or any exams. Hall has cared for our cats in the past and always done a great job. This winter we took in a stray that was living under our porch. Recently, this new cat developed a large abscess on her face. Though Hall had never seen him, they took him in during the crisis and provided him with some desperately needed medical care. I am pretty sure they saved his life. Even though many people are fearful of contact with others (and rightly so), the staff was beyond friendly and happy to help our cat! Truly a light in dark time. So grateful!

They're probably fine for administering care based on a recommended schedule however if anything out of the ordinary comes up stay away. Our beloved cat suffered neck trauma and was choking. The vet at Hall vet clinic decided to focus on belly pain, which was not even a symptom. They injected him with fluids, which they admitted that "he didn't like that, he kicked the needle out." Our cat did not improve and we returned a few days later to express this concern. He was now running a fever showing signs of an infection. They seemed baffled and suggested he may require exploratory
