This lady “Yen Li” is a nightmare to deal with. Renters beware. She is the property manager for the owner. I lived without a working oven for 11 months.
She has refused to give back my deposit of $3,000 even though she didn’t make a claim with in 30 days as required per Florida Statue 83.49.
She also had me back date and sign a lease so the owner could get money from the “Cares Act”. A condition of the cares act was to reach a mutual agreement with the tenant on a payment plan. She took the cares act money and then left me high and dry.
