It's crucial to do some research and learn about a potential Home Inspectors experience and reputation. Do some homework before you hire and entrust probably the most expensive purchase of your life! Will the inspector be available to answer questions; days, weeks, or months after the inspection?. Over the course of 29 years inspecting houses and other structures, performing 16,000 + inspections, I've probably seen most conditions imaginable.
The Roof Inspection will include a thorough and complete visual inspection of the roof by walking it and viewing all accessible attic spaces. You'll receive a report with photos detailing the condition and life expectancy of the roof. We provide the most thorough evaluation possible. Issues that might not be visibly obvious may be easily detected by walking on the roof.
You can expect your inspection to take approximately 3 hours. Each property is unique, your inspection may take more time or less. I won't rush, I will spend the time needed to thoroughly assess the property and address your questions. I'll also provide maintenance tips, fire prevention and energy efficiency tips.

As a Realtor, I have been recommending Chuck to my buyers and even sellers for the past 15 years. He is extremely thorough and interacts extremely well with my clients. He encourages them to follow him during the inspection, ask questions and takes the time to point out exactly what will be put on his report. He is quick to point out significant items of concern but also to point out minor items that are common to a home of its age which are not of any real concern but he must notate on the report. This leaves no surprises when the official report comes out. I have never had a client make a complaint

We have used Chuck on 3 home inspections now and absolutely love him because he is extremely thorough and detail oriented. He is easy to talk to, explains things very well to you, and his report is absolutely fantastic. Chuck gets in the nooks and crannies of the home and will even climb up on the roof (weather permitting, and if possible of course), and we certainly appreciate how personable he is.

Chuck was absolutely amazing in every way during our recent inspection on our home. He arrived on time and was incredibly thorough in his inspection of the home.
