Had great buying experience in 2016 after having sold our farm in Northern Wi . Market was a if your needing to sleep on it, your probably not gonna sleep in it. We toured a last minute house before heading up North and said yes to price shortly there after. Our agent, Julie Semerau was just wonderful. Knew our needs and kept after it.
