The best way to explain flat fee pricing vs. commission-based pricing is to put it into the context of selling a home. For instance, if your home sells for $250,000 at a 6% commission rate, you will be paying a realtor $15,000.

We worked with Neal on several offers for rental property over the past year. He offered good advice of what to be aware of or concerned about while touring the properties.
