I was planning my wedding from a distance (finishing school) and was not able to sample food from any caterers.
My mother recommended Erin and we were able to meet about a month before the wedding. She was very receptive to my ideas and was able to put together a menu from my basic recommendations. My wife and I wanted what most bride and grooms want, great tasting food and lots of it. Erin delivered! We went into our wedding blind with no clue what the food would taste like and Erin guided us to the culinary promised land.
