We're obsessed with taste: not just knowing what tastes good but why. This our way to live and understand life. We are a couple that has almost 50 years of combined cooking experience.
We both have culinary degrees and Silvia has her dietitian credentials. Our passion is cooking and we are continually learning new ways to prepare dishes. We constantly challenge ourselves to create better food and service than we have ever done before. We simply believe in the power of people and in the magic of food that brings us all together.

Please contact us for any questions you have about pricing. We do not include them here because every event is different. For example do you wish just entrees or would you like sides, salads, soups and desserts with your meals. We are happy to customize your menu and we will give you an estimate after discussing the details with you.
First, a list of some of the items we have prepared in the past. Second, to show the variety of dishes that can comprise a menu for you and your guests to enjoy. Please, do not consider this a complete list. We are always expanding our library and will work with you to custom design your menu or dish.
This is your magical day you have been dreaming off for a long time and you want everything to be perfect. We will work with you to put every detail into place. Your guests will enjoy our gourmet dishes and impeccable service from all of our staff and talk about your wedding for a long time. You will be relaxed because we make sure that you and your family and friends have a flawless day.
After attending countless weddings over the past few years, it became very clear to my wife and I that when planning our own special day a "normal" event was not what we wanted. Years of working in the restaurant business, and a guest list much the same, left us feeling that the traditional sit down style wedding wouldn't have left much room for creativity.
We have catered all kinds of events from weddings for 300 guests to private, intimate multi course dinners for 2. We do birthdays, bar/bat mitzvahs, bridal/baby showers, graduation parties, family reunions, company outings, meetings, fundraisers and bereavements. We typically try to stay within 1.5 hours of our Westford kitchen mothership.

I was just cleaning and came across our wedding menu from October 2015. To this day (almost 5 years later) people STILL talk about the food at our wedding! Dan and Silvia were amazing to work with, I remember them very fondly, just really really awesome people. Their serving staff was great as well.
They worked with our budget and created an amazing array of hors d'oeuvres, dishes, and a pasta bar. I liked that we were able to try the menu well before the wedding. We had a fall wedding and the ingredients they used reflected this which I liked. I just can not say enough how amazing the food

I am a genius. I know this to be true because everyone at our rehearsal dinner told me so. I humbly accepted these accolades but everyone knew the real talent was Dan and Silvia Moss and their Above the Clouds Catering team. They were able to serve dinner and dessert for 36 out of their truck seemingly without breaking a sweat. Beyond that, they delivered a completely customized menu featuring dishes from both Chinese and Irish culinary traditions. Good luck finding another caterer willing to try that. Not only did they deliver, but natives of each country complimented the authenticity and taste

Dan and Silvia and there entire staff was wonderful! they were outstanding! From the very beginning, Dan and Silvia worked with us to figure what the best menu for our wedding would be! they catered to our taste and the style that we wanted for our wedding- and it turned out amazing! Our wedding would not have been as magical if not for them! Not only did everybody rave about the delicious food and service but their staff especially Carol helped us get through our wedding without a flaw! We worked with Above the Clouds catering for our wedding reception. Dan and Silvia were amazing partners throughout the entire process. I found their balance of offering suggestions and encouraging our input INCREDIBLY helpful as I tried to make our wedding our own and navigate a million decisions in the wedding planning process. They were flexible when we decided to add a pasta to the menu later on (the mac & cheese was the guests favorite!) and stepped up to place the dishware order when I got overwhelmed trying to figure it out. Recently we got married. We searched for the right people to do our catering. We found a fantastic couple Dan and Silvia Moss who run Above the Clouds catering. They were helpful beyond belief, from the planning stages, where they suggested things that we never thought of but would want for our guests, helped with our budget, the logistics of tent, tables/ chairs , linens, and above all the food, to the actual reception where they made the food fresh, put together a fantastic gorgeous wedding cake, and helped clean up the facility.

These folks catered our son's engagement party, with 45 people. I don't think there was a single person at the party who didn't make a point of raving about the food and service. They were very flexible and creative in planning the menu with us, adapting to various preferences and restrictions and making sure there'd be appropriate dishes for everyone. They came almost 3 hours early so everything could be prepared fresh on site, set up in our not especially large or well-equipped kitchen without fuss, and brought all the equipment needed. Above the Clouds Catering catered a 50th birthday party I had for my husband at my home last weekend. The party was a success because of them. The food was terrific and the actual catering service at the party was fantastic. All my guests were very impressed and praised the food throughout the party. Dan and Silvia (Above the Clouds Catering) recently catered my wedding reception and were absolutely outstanding at making the day a huge success! They were very flexible and very customer-oriented. We had numerous phone calls, 2 site visits (one preliminary and another closer to the event date), and a fabulous tasting. Catering our wedding reception was no easy task, 1) outdoors at a private residence so they had to bring in and basically build a kitchen, 2) 1.5h of passed hors d'oeuvres, 3) plated dinner service for ~130 guests.... and not only did they pull it off, IT WAS INCREDIBLE

Dan & Silvia catered my housewarming party. I completely agree with Bob X's post above that the entire experience working with them was outstanding. Their food was so, so yummy (and I had several special diet requests - vegetarian, gluten-free ...) and my guests raved about it, they were incredibly professional and organized - and they are really great, kind people, too. I can't recommend them enough! :)

Wow - I recently attended a wedding that was catered by Dan and Silva (Above the Clouds Catering) and the food and service was fantastic! Appetizers were passed around, some flatbread with caramelized onions and prosciutto, little tarts with tomato, mozzarella and basil, brie and apples. Wicked good fresh warm breads and rolls were brought to the tables and cute little butters were put on our plates. By the time dinner was served I was pretty full. But I couldn't pass up the stuffed seafood shells (no idea what was in them but they were great), roasted veggies and potatoes. Passed on

What a delightful couple (Dan and Silvia) who clearly are branching out their business into weddings. They know a heck of a lot about food and are very willing to customize a menu. In fact, they will not only pour their heart and soul into compiling the very best menu for you, they will go check out the venue, get to know the vendors and come to your home to do a tasting.
I gave them instructions to build an asian fusion menu and they were thrilled. They came up with a delicious menu which included lettuce wraps, crispy cashew chicken skewers with a curry dip, lemongrass shrimp with papaya mustard
