If you want to be charged crazy prices for having a insect infested apartment then come live here this is the place for you . Management doesn’t care about there residents complaints Or living situation . This place makes it seem like there open on the weekend but are gone the whole day . Hate this place cant wait until our lease is over . Management needs to be fired and well as front desk lady for never doing there jobs and never being there . Horrible place to live !! Management is awful and extremely rude office staff never answers the phone . Front desk lady has full blown convos on her personal phone instead of answering her work phone !! There’s been 2 Saturdays in a row where staff comes and makes it seem like the leasing office is open and then they LEAVE and lock the door and come back later whenever they please . This place is ran horribly .

This place is disgusting. There is roaches, rats, and baby centipedes!! I’ve lived here for 2 years and every time I call to request something it takes weeks for them to get back to me. I have a 16 month old and he can’t easily get hurt by these insects!!! I’ve called multiple times and even went up there a few times to complain about this. They charge and extermination fee but for what!? I have NEVER seen an exterminator here. DO NOT RENT HERE. Can’t wait until my lease is over.

DO NOT LIVE HERE !! Worst place to live I’ve been living here six month and since the first month I moved in they charged me a extermination fee of 5 $ and every month after that but not once have they came to my apartment to do anything and I let them know I wanted someone to come every month to do what I pay for !!! And not once has anyone came to exterminate !!!!

Worst place maintenance people charge you to unlock your door or make new key put money in there pockets And then Heather stole money they owed me $675 I kept asking where is the credit or the money then they gave me a 3 day notice and I told them they Couldn’t evict me cause of the COVID by the state of texas and she said she doesn’t care about that and that the rules changed with apartment but didn’t give anyone the new policy change

I've been living here for 9 months haven't had any issues my apartment was brand new when I moved in I had an issue my shower was not working properly I seen Jose the maintenance guy outside and mention it to him he came by the same day and fixed it I don't know the other maintenance people but I chatted with Jose a few times seems like a really good guy hard worker and I really do appreciate him coming and fixing my issue right after I mentioned it instead of me having to wait thank you Jose

Place is wack yo. I regret living here. Management always has some sort of smart comment to make and acts as if there is nothing to worry about. And when you ask for corporate contact info they don’t give it to you. Not a good place to live. There’s alway roaches in all the units. The price IS NOT WORTH the living and headaches here. And I’m sure the response back to this review will sound Like “ I’m sorry to hear...” or like any other response they put up here. People need stop lying how great it is here because it’s not. That’s why there’s an overall 2.7 rating for this apartment

I love it here! Maintenance is extremely helpful, and the people in the front office are kind and efficient, not to mention how well kept it is!!

Love this place. The ladies in the front are very nice and helpful. They response quickly and in a professional manner. Its not too far from major places. Apartments are better than the others around them. Kept really clean. Not bad prices especially living here in Midland.

Angelica is super helpful and professional she found me exactly what i am looking for and showed me around the complex multiple times before I make my decision. Everything looks great so far.
Will write another detailed review once i move in next month.
