With the refinance boom and so many brokers willing to service you this is definitely NOT the company to go with! So many issues to post and am free to address questions and concerns through messaging. Most of their 5 star reviews are from so many years ago. They are just after the $$ and have broken promises and made huge mistakes, take forever than rush you without explaining and dodge serious inquiries from their clients. Be careful their fees are ridiculous and the points you have to paystay away from Richmond he is a horrible broker. Con man that does not keep his word. Worst experiences ever

I was at the end process of refinancing my home when Joshua promise me a better rate and a lower monthly payment. And with his nice proposal, I took the offer thinking that it will benefit me in the long run but none of his promises went thru. I ended up paying more than the other company that was processing my refinance. I ended up paying another monthly mortgage because the loan was not process at the time he promised and cause me more money for penalty because I was told that it should close before the next payment. Two months ago I received notice that my landlords were selling our home. We made an offer that they accepted and we began the mortgage process. My realtor suggested I work with Richmond Kuduo who is a Broker with Vault. From the start I was weary of his overt enthusiasm and his promising that he'd get me a loan without having looked at anything. My husband and I had a short sale that was a few months of being two years. Richmond knew all about our short sale and promised that it would not affect the loan. We refinanced our condo and were able to lower our overall monthly payments AND turn our 30-year fixed loan into a 15-year fixed. David worked with us every step of the way and made the process easy. Just over a year later, another, larger condo unit in our complex came up for sale, and we decided to buy it and rent out our smaller unit.
