Services
Guerrero's offers a high quality program for all ages with oversight from an organization that's been around for over 40 years: Midori Yama Budokai. Schools with cheaper tuition typically use long term contracts, which you may not be able to terminate. If the school goes out of business, you will still have to pay for the entire contract.
Aikido is considered a Grappling Martial Art with a focus on wrist, elbow and shoulder joint locks. Aikido also utilizes the joint locks to facilitate Judo type throws. This system is very well designed to fit any person. We highly recommend this training for Women and Children, though the system is equally effective for men.
Weapons training enhances all the skills learned in Shotokan and Aikido by improving the student's coordination (hand/eye/feet) and improves their sense of timing and rhythm. The weapons programs make an excellent blend with Shotokan and Aikido training. A few students experience minor bumps and bruises, but it's all in good fun and in a controlled environment.
Guerrero's Shotokan Karate offers private classes for small groups, or individual students. Pricing, subject expertise, and availability of classes vary by instructor. These classes are about you. Lesson plans are not built around just the material for your belt rank, but also customized to fit your body type and progression.
Guerrero's has a firm foundation in family values and teaches traditional Shotokan Karate. Our programs foster self confidence, persistance and making the right choices. You will not only learn Shotokan Karate, but you will learn to defend yourself and you will learn to work through difficulties that occur in everyday life.

I have been going for about two months at this time. It has become one of the best things for me and my family. I personally have spent many years in other forms of Karate, and have found under Guerro's tutelage a wealth of possibilities. In the short time my family has been attending, our children have made great improvements in confidence, focus, and general behavior. My wife and I have found an activity that we truly enjoy doing together, and as a whole our family has become more healthy. I highly reccomend giving it a shot. You have nothing to loose by checking it out for yourself.

At the time of this writing, I've been doing to Sensei Guerrero's dojo for about two years. The experience has been very solid. I've attended other schools in the past, and gone to tournaments with others more recently. I have to say that I feel far better prepared for an actual fight than most others I've met in the tournament circles. Sensei Guerrero stresses training for real situations not showmanship. Techniques you learn become increasing brutal, but remain straightforward as you progress.
The school focuses on three arts:
1. Shotokan - A striking system taught through drills and kata.
