I have been in the automotive business 50 years + Brendan is very customer service oriented and does all his work as if it was his own vehicle, I had a ding in my vintage Harley several PDR people looked at it and no one wanted to even attempt it! Brendan did and made it absolutely PERFECT!!
He is most likely the best PDR tech in the country !!

I was in the other day with my 2007 Chevy Uplander Van. It has been discontinued so parts are sometimes hard to find. The trim had come loose on the driver's door to the point that when you opened the door the upholstery would catch and you, the driver could not physically open the door from the inside, having to crawl to the passenger door and the get out and open the driver's door from the outside, without damaging the trim. Very unsafe if in an accident. During a busy day, and I being a new customer, They completely disassembled the door piece and rebuilt it, and said not to worry about it,

They refused to fix items on my car and finally told me, hey lady, progressive pays me, not you. Take it up with them. Yes, it was a progressive customer who rear ended me while i was stopped at a red light. Progressive also tried to make me pay half the bill.. held me hostage on my settlement for almost 2 years. Whatever you do, dont use this shop!

Contacted this auto body shop at the last minute after Beal's told me they couldn't get me in because their guys had gone hunting and were too busy to install a side mirror on my son's Toyota 4Runner. Downtown said bring it in at 1:00. My son took his 4Runner in and the shop professionally installed it within the hour. The staff was very helpful over the phone and the mirror is working great. Their charge was $50, completely reasonable considering it took slightly less than 1 hour. Beal's had quoted me $90. Mind you, I did not have any body work done or painting done but based on what was done
