Unfortunately I was shown an apartment that had water damage and it looked as if it may have been fixed and was definitely painted over. The smells in the hallways was overwhelming and the amenities were outdated. I will say for the area the price point was good but if I had to move it would not be there. 3 stars because it’s ok and better than some I’ve seen since being up there.

I love this apartment complex. I've lived here for under 2 years. Maintenance is always updating something. Staff is very friendly. Majority of the people that live here that I've interacted with are very nice and friendly. Quiet place. I don't hear my neighbors. Walls don't seem to be super thin. Very attractive pool in the summer.

Noisy apartments, you can hear everything your neighbor says and does. They let anyone in. Some real characters live there! Smell of drugs and cigarette smoke permeates through walls. Loud music, loud neighbors, nasty management, and phony secretary, who plays stupid. Dont expect to get out when it snows in a hurry, snow removal stinks!Would rate this 0 stars if I could. Look elsewhere!

Soooooo id give this place half a star if possible. They took 2200 of my money and gave the apartment I paid for to someone else and acted like they didn’t know who I was or what I was talking about. Really quite scary and possibly a blessing that it didn’t work out in the end. Whomever Carol is she sucks probably shouldn’t deal with her ever...

Imperial Gardens is the perfect society/ apartment complex for families and bachelors. The apartments are well maintained, ample parking space, lot of play area for kids of all ages and adults too, party/picnic/bbq space. The management is good and quick in responding back.
Some cons of the place would be moving in large furniture/items need pre- approval from management and the renter needs to book a time-slot for moving. Rent is slightly on the higher side but I find it worth the money.
