I went from feeling excited to feeling really disappointed and angry. Moved from Virginia to New York and Hudson Harbour was the first complex I was interested in. I made a few trips to look around at it and then I finally walked into the leasing office and I was directed to RentCafe. I was directed to fill out an application, and I didn’t know about the holding fee initially (prior to emailing questions about it) but I paid it anyway. My holding fee was pending for a few days and in the meantime, I noticed that the room was leased to someone else. I’m really hoping to receive a refund for

I've lived hear for coming on a year now and the responsiveness from landlord has been terrible. During the application they waited until the last minute to send me the lease agreement and then hurried me through the process refusing to discuss any of the issues I had with the terms. I've had multiple maintenance issues take long periods of time to fix. They've backed out of verbal agreements to do work due to cost. There has been a popping sound coming from the rafters all winter and they have actively refused to deal with it and have even hung up on me while telling me that fixing it is "impossible

We lived in a beautiful loft for 4 years there. I thought the price was right. Whenever I had a maintenance issue they were always prompt to receive my call, and most importantly help me with my various issues. Since I have been there they have gone through a few managers, but now the manager that is there (Amy) has always been very receptive to anything I had to say about the Hudson Harbour. I really enjoyed the views of the pond, the sitting area, geese, and ducks that stay year around.

They maintained the property fairly well, but did not do reseal the doorway despite asking multiple times over several weeks (bugs came in frequently); the leasing office staff was nice & did the other repairs quickly. The pond is beautiful & the geese/ducks aren't afraid of people. Apartment wasn't inspected prior to moving in and was dirty, but once cleaned, was a nice looking apartment.

The reviews bashing Hudson Harbour are completely inaccurate in my opinion. The staff in the leasing office are highly knowledgeable and always helpful and caring. When there is an issue as far as maintenance they always process my request and it is fixed in a timely manner. People need to understand there are a ton of units in this place so something tiny like a blind needing replacement isn't going to be top priority as opposed to someone with a leak, etc. Upon moving in the fees were all laid out on a price sheet for me. There was no washer/dryer fee and the rest of the fees were drawn out and
