I used Titan last year to paint my house. The crew was great and did a great job. I recently had a minor issue on the side of my house. Dave came out to review the issue and had a crew there the same day to repair the concern. Great follow up and service from Titan.

Dave and his team were excellent. Timely, thorough, patient with us (waiting on the project until we finished some repairs, then scheduling us promptly once those were done), and they did great work! Titan took care of exterior brick staining and painting trim on a building from the '70s. It was an utter transformation of the building. His team was courteous and Dave was always responsive with any questions and with pricing info. Thank you!

5 stars for Titan. Fair price. Quality work. Flexible. Attentive to detail. Dedicated team straight from the owner through the crew. We had a monster job....exterior washing, carpenter work, sanding, caulking, painting on an intricate 130 year old Victorian. Could not be more pleased and satisfied. We just had our entire house and basement painted. We have a really big house and full basement and the job Dave and his crew did was outstanding! The crew was always at our home extra early each morning and several days stayed very late well after 5pm, which we were so impressed with. I have hardly ever seen done companies that perform any type of contracting work stay so late. The crew was extremely professional, super hard working and courteous to us the entire week. What my wife really appreciated is the fact Dave sent a paint specialist at no charge to our home

I did an extensive walk through of my house with the president of this company and he was supposed to write up an estimate and email it to me. About 40 minutes of my time were completely wasted...I NEVER received an estimate despite my follow up calls. I had my preschool age son with me, so clearly I’m not interested in wasting time...especially on people who can’t tell you the truth to your face about not being interested in a project. A decent person would tell you that they are not interested, not promise a quote within 48 hours and then never deliver and completely ignore you. Don’t waste

I hired Titan Painting in the Spring to paint all the trim and gutters on my exterior. They did such a beautiful job. I still look at the work they did and smile. I can’t find one over-paint area where they could’ve painted on to my siding. The caulk work they did is perfect, and I had a lot of hard to reach peaks. The guys on-site were professional and friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

We have used Titan twice now- once to stain our fence to keep it from turning that awful dated color and again to paint several rooms inside our home.
The crew did a great job inside our home and I've yet to find an area where they were lax. It was a 2 day job that involved a lot of sanding- they covered everything and placed a tarp at the bottom of the stairs to help keep the dust to a minimum downstairs. They also vacuumed several times throughout the process. I am pregnant, we have a 2 year old, and 12 lb dog that I wanted to protect as much as possible.

Excellent! Easy and fast communication. I got quotes from 4 painters total, and Titan Painters offered the best price. The project was projected to take 2.5 days, but when I asked if it could be done quicker they completed everything within 2 days. They even swept and vacuumed and left the house in cleaner shape than before they came! Most importantly, the paint looks amazing, crisp, and clean.

I had originally contacted http://titanpainterschicago.com which is a different company but they were not available that same day but were nice enough to refer me to Titan Painting. I am very satisfied with the paint job for my home. I was having trouble finding a reliable company that I would feel comfortable with letting into my home but Titan Painting was great. The painters are professional and skilled. I was unsure of the direction I wanted to go in but they offered me plenty of suggestions and I was able to go through with the painting of the interior. We had a lot of work done on our house this year and getting the work done in the right order required extra patience for the companies. James was my salesperson and he gave me a prompt estimate. I told him we would like them to paint the exterior of our house but not until the new roof was put on. I wanted to make sure the new house color went well with the new roof. With all the hail damaged roofs being replaced this year, it took awhile to get ours done and I was so worried the weather would change and we wouldn't get painted. I was so happy they got us on the schedule as soon as the roof

I'd go to 0 if I could. After waiting a week and a half just to get an estimate. They arrived early, which you'd think was great, but as we are not yet living in the house and were about 5 mins late, they had already left without even making a phone call.
When I finally got a hold of Jason, he was mad at me.
Although this was my fault due waiting so long to get a third estimate, I ended up losing my time slot with my selected vendor - all that for a company that can't even make a courtesy call.

James was great to deal with- he came to estimate the house and gave us an estimate we thought was very reasonable. The price included all necessary supplies (note that he has exclusive agreements with Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore, so those will be your paint selections if you want the best price). His crew showed up on time each day and it took about a week to complete the job. Afterwards, we noticed a few areas that needed touching

Update***There were a few bumps in the road but I commend the owner and James for coming by the final day to see how the job was coming along. I left 1 star off for he communication issue and for the need to have James point out areas to fix to his staff on the last day. This was in addition to me having to flag areas with tape that needed correction something which I wasn't expecting to do. There are still a few areas that I can spot but overall the house looks great and I have received compliments. The owner and James takes pride in the company and really cares about their customer satisfaction

Titan Painting is a small family business and Dave Springfloat is the owner. Dave and his crew painted our home in Naperville as well as our townhome in Park Ridge. The spread in location was no issue at all. The work was excellent, but the best part is that Dave is congenial, easy to work with, and his prices are reasonable.
