One word... BEDBUGS! I was willing to overlook the broken dresser drawers that were hanging off the dresser, the wobbly table and the running bathtub faucet that could not be turned off because I was tired and needed sleep. The sheets at least looked clean so that is why the 1 star... but after trying to sleep for an hour woke up itching and realized we were being bitten by bedbugs!! We asked for our money back after showing our bites to the man and woman at the fornt desk but was told the accountant was out of the country and would not give us a number to reach them so we could only get half what

It's soooo quiet compared 2 the other motels in town. It's actually clean, WELL insulated, weekly rates cheaper that the others (monthly n/a). Lastly it's a little out dated - (no flat screen TV yet, but that's not a big deal 2 for me - at least there is a TV that works). There's only 1 entrance/exit off the service road. The location is great 4 travelers having 2 walk. A brisk walk's distance you reach 2 sit-down restaurants, multiple fast food eateries, 3 gas stations & of course Walmart. The only real negative I have,, other than there's not a monthly rate,lol, is the old pool is gated smack

I just called this hotel to ask for the pricing on rooms and the person at the service desk was very rude and unprofessional. I couldn't understand what number she was trying to tell me so she yelled at me and then when I was trying to confirm what she said she flat out hung up on me... TERRIBLE SERVICE! I don't think you should be running a hotel if you can't answer a simple question.. it's your job!
