I'm a crew member and this is my second time here.. such a random hotel lol but company's choosing..... The front desk did not bother to acknowledge me as I stood there waiting to ask questions about a food voucher. A lady said "I'll be right with you and she disappeared into the back office. Then came out only to say "were you checking in?" I think I stood there for like 15m. The girl at the restaurant was way more polite and nice. Apparently there is no food voucher like Tyler said but crew does get a discount. My salad was browning and they were surely stingy with the lettuce. Not worth the

Reservation was for a King bed for the wife / myself and a pull out for the 2 kids and the dog. Got there and they said they have never had kings in the dog suites which was BS, we reserve those all the time over the past 4 years.
Their service was terrible this time around and the rooms were just so so clean. Highly disappointed and will now look for other accommodations instead of staying there exclusively. Dont expect a good experience but pay for upper end accommodations. This is not a good deal any longer

Still one of my favorites. With group of ten, we had no problems. Slept like royalty, no achey mornings and enjoyed being central to great shopping. Happy hour was fun too! Abilene Elegante is clean and I always felt safe. The restaurant is nice, tasty but know the portions are huge! Salads are enormous, cold and crisp.

I can't say enough about this hotel! the rate is extremely reasonable. And you get breakfast and dinner and drinks in the evening all included. The room is great very spacious and the beds are super super comfy. And everyone there is very very polite. We will definitely go back and go stay at their other hotels

The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive.
The breakfast is awesome.
Bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, yogurt, apples etc.
The rooms are comfortable and the swimming pool and hot tub are open till 11.
With adult only time for the last couple of hours.
There is a bar to enjoy and watch sports in.
I highly recommend this place.
