Initially was excited working with Don, but as time moved on the General Contractor basically quit and Don didn't jump in to solve anything! Personally I like Don but he didn't solve my problems! What I will say is have nothing to do with Brad Novell and Steadfast Development ! I'm somewhat confident that Don is moving on from this agreement but it took over 2 5 years to build my house and it is not done yet and has literally cost me pretty close to $100K out of pocket to make it right Repaint, stucco, bad gas line installs (duct tape on one connection), not completing many Items that were fully
