After providing consulting services for the couple for nearly 2 years, in late 2004, Russell & Beverly Westhoff joined the company, along with Sheryl shortly thereafter, and United Caterers was relocated to the site where Industrial Catering had operated for so many years.

It may surprise many to know that the mobile catering industry has a rich history in North Texas. Having emigrated together by covered wagon from Wisconsin, the Stephan and Westhoff families had been closely tied for generations, initially settling in parts of Colorado, Kansas, and Illinois. They worked as one, harvesting wheat and other crops and starting joint ventures to capitalize on the opportunities at hand.

The lunch truck located in Sachse is one of the most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen. The lady has been known for very unreasonable high prices, bad attitude and even unprofessionalism with other lunch trucks in the area. She is very rude to customers and will even threaten to not sell to selected individuals who buy from other trucks. On top of that is the same food everyday, cold and tasteless. Ive even found Jaír in my food before. Will never buy from United again.

This truck gives black Americans less than anyone other race i ordered the same thing as a Hispanic and white gentleman and my burrito was basically air then when I asked about the difference the woman was very rude and disrespectful... do not buy anything from this truck if your skin is of the darker persuasion. LOCATED SAFEWAY DC IN ROANOKE, TEXAS ..
