I was born and raised in Monclova, Coahuila Mexico and grew up in a hospitality environment. In 2016 I gambled everything on a dream and walked away from a successful career. With a loan from my Father, and the full support of my beloved wife. We took the leap on opening our own family operated catering business in Dallas TX.

Collect all wedding decor item brides has prior to wedding (sign-in book, guest favors, cake knife and topper, picture frames and other items). Set all wedding decor bride delivered prior to event day (May require an assistant depending on number of items and complexity of set up). 3 tier Bridal Cake with butter cream icing with any piping design in any 3 flavors of amaretto, strawberry, red velvet, chocolate or coconut rum.

Take your money and go somewhere else. Their service is absolutely atrocious. It takes days to hear back from them and it takes weeks to get on the schedule to talk to them. Oh, and while they charge you to do a tasting before making a contract, what they don’t tell you is that the charge is non-refundable no matter how much in advance you cancel. It takes weeks to get on the schedule, but they can’t find anyone else to take your spot and they buy your food well in advance. Those are the reasons I was given for why I wasn’t going to receive a refund when I had to cancel my tasting a week

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION AND BEST FLAVOR!!!
Monclovas catered my sister's wedding and everyone raved about the food. We did stations for her wedding. The pasta was unbelievably flavorful and cooked to perfection. The carving station was a huge highlight for everyone. The flank steak was one of the best I have ever had and I have a super picky husband who doesn't really ever eat steak and he loved it. You also can't go wrong with the blackened chicken, so tender and moist!!! Wow Fabian, your food was truly the shining star. I would highly recommend him and his crew for any event you may have. A month late but I've been meaning to write a review for Monclovas Catering. I am beyond grateful I found Fabian and his team to cater dinner for my wedding. They are amazing in every way. The food was delicious and served hot, fresh! So many of my guest continue to compliment the catering. Their service was beyond what I expected and asked for. They set up and cleaned up perfectly. Fabian is amazing at communicating and was always easy to get in contact with if I need him in any way. He made sure we stayed within our budget and did everything he could to provide quality service!! Thank you Fabian
