Prior to launching his real estate career, Stephen performed tax consulting services as a Certified Public Accountant. In 2005, Stephen became licensed as an attorney and, shortly thereafter, opened The Law Offices of Stephen K. Hachey, P.A, which focuses specifically on real estate law and title services.

Prepare your home for showing by improving your landscaping, cleaning the outside, making repairs, removing clutter and depersonalizing. You will have the opportunity to interview all potential buyers to determine if they're qualified candidates and will schedule the home viewings with those buyers at your convenience.
MLS, Multiple Listing Service, is an independent service to find real estate MLS listings for sale by Realtors and other realty professionals that are members of the local Board of Realtors. This includes homes for sale - new homes and resale homes, new construction; rental and lease properties; acreage, lots, and land; commercial properties and investment properties.

Listed with them and it was a big mistake for multiple reasons that I won’t go into here.
One thing I should have checked before signing was that they put our listing agreement for a year / 12 months.
I made a simple request for a letter from Mr.Hachey stating his “exclusive right to sell has been terminated.” His staff just kept emailing in response that our listing has been cancelled / delisted. How hard is it to send a letter with what was requested?

This is not a professional service. We listed a property with them. The MLS has numerous errors and they listed the wrong details on their own website. They failed to set up showingtime service correctly so we weren't informed about initial showing requests. They are only open 9-5pm so you won't be able to respond to do any business after hours. The infuriating ending was when we had an offer in hand, their whole office closed at noon on a Friday for a holiday party and failed to pass along the contract in a timely manner. We called and emailed multiple times but I guess they were too busy partying

Much better than expected. The entire process of listing my home went well. I decided to use my own, local title-closing office (rather than their recommended one) but everything that Flat Fee MLS Realty handled directly, went smoothly and was handled professionally... the MLS listings, the photo shoot and pictures, the showing appointment system, etc. I definitely recommend them as an alternative way to sell and save thousands on the commission cost.

I got more than what I paid for
It is a lot of calls selling your own home and you don’t really get to screen out folks who don’t qualify. The buyers’ agents do the showings but they aren’t there to sell your home. You’re going to have to make time to be there and ask for the sale and make it happen or wait for luck.

Amazing Experience! I used Flat Fee MLS for the sale of my home. The process was easy and saved me a lot of money. I paid $69 to have my home listed and had an offer within 48hrs. After I accepted an offer the broker helped facilitate the transaction and closing went very smooth. I have already recommended them to a family member and I will use them again in the future.

What a wonderful experience with this company. They definitely made up for the poor experience we had with a very small agent and a real estate company. Stephen and his group were more than professional. We never went to voicemail. His title company was just as professional, handled our closing with great respect. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell their home and save lots of commissions. You can chose their level of involvement at sign up. Try them, you’ll love them!

So I have found that while this service does in fact get your property on local MLS sites, the follow through from the staff is severely lacking. I have now had two separate real estate agents inform me that they are unable to get offers thru to this agent, much less schedule a showing. I myself called the number on my sign and it rang 13 times before someone picked up. Unacceptable. Real estate transactions have TIME SENSITIVE written into them!
