I had the pleasure of working with Brian the Sellers Agent, directly as a home inspector for the Buyers. When I discovered some issues with moisture Brian called me out to show him exactly where, so that he could immediately remedy the issue. Generally speaking, most Sellers Agents would have caused a huge issue. Brian showed honesty and integrity and professionalism thru and thru and instead of avoidance or disagreement he showed concern and desire to resolve fairly and honestly. Hard to find #character nowadays

Destroying the historic district of Plant City with overpriced and unsightly houses that are unwelcome.
Buyers beware! They are TRYING to sell tiny houses that are not in harmony with the rest if the neighborhood for 50% more than the QUALITY houses built about a century ago. You can get a lot better house built with better materials for a lot less money than these "developer specials".

My wife and I had Bianca Lopez as our realtor for a house we purchased in 2021, and were really impressed. Within the first 12 hours, Bianca had contracts out. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Suzanne White refused to provide me with a copy of a contract cancellation, causing delays in my deposit refund for a home I wasnt able to purchase. It was due to her lack of due diligence. The house had liens. I will be calling the Florida real estate commission for the lack of professionalism and ethics. Possibly illegal!

Requested info on a property and spoke with a lady named Ruby. She acted like we were bothering her. Very short answers to our in depth questions we needed answered. No worries. We called another realty company and got the help we needed. Don't bother with snotty realtors with attitudes. It's a people business. If you can't help your interested customers then why are you in this business!!!???

After posting an initial bad review about a rogue real estate agent Jonathan Carrilles (under this brokerage) who was scamming people on Airbnb, I was contacted by both Brian McBride and his marketing manager. They both expressed genuine remorse and disappointment for the actions of the agent who worked for them. Brian informed me that he immediately terminated Jonathan Carrilles when he found out what happened, and has notified the appropriate licensing agencies. There's no such thing as shopping for a home when you have a realtor from McBride Kelly & Associates Realty. They do the shopping for you. I could not be more happy with the new townhome I am moving into once it is built in June. Definitely choose MKA if you are a first time home owner that is not familiar with the steps because they break it down for you and make it SO much easier than it looks.
