I renovated a bathroom in my house using Kenny's and I love how it turned out. Tiffany Rupp was helpful when picking out tile and grout and it was easy to schedule an appointment with her in the showroom. Mark Perschau was responsive and was able to recommend a handyman and plumber who did the rest of the work (beyond his team's tile install). I am impressed with the finished edges, the attention to detail in the niches, and clean grout. I will use Kenny's for my next tile and countertop projects!

Spent a year's salary for some on a complete rip out and replace hardwood job. One year later, they look horrible!!!! We told them we had little kids and needed something durable, so they had us spend thousands to upgrade to hickory and they look 40 years old already. Has to be a shotty poly/topcoat/finish job, because we baby these floors like no other since they were a huge investment. I cringe at what we'll do if we get transferred and have to sell this house. I would stay wayyyy far away from this company!

Had an estimator show up and take measurements, and left with a promise of getting an email bid the next day. 10 days later still no bid. Multiple attempts to contact via email and phone without response. Voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. Worst customer experience, and poor professional conduct. I recommend you go elsewhere, like I'm going to.

Had Kenny's redo our 10 year old hardwoods. Their customer interaction is pitiful. Their sales person, Bret, tried to blame me for something his crew did, then insulted my wife when she called in frustration about the quality of the repairs they had done.
I will never again do business with this company. Stay away, far-far-away.

If I would give them ZERO stars I could. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes. They will blame you the customer. They sent me their return policy, two months after the purchase. I have to have Chase Credit Card services dealing with this situation because they refuse to admit they made a mistake. Don't leave the store with everything you want in writing. Maybe some of the scummiest sales people I've ever encountered.

Kenny's was extremely helpful in selecting everything for our new house. In particular, Carrie Broome was the designer we worked with and she was SO awesome with helping us pick what colors, styles, etc. would go together and the finished product turned out great!! Their showroom is very nice and clean too and they were very welcoming to us. Overall we were satisfied with Kenny's and would use them again!

My boyfriend purchased granite countertops and a backsplash to be installed in our kitchen. Let me tell you it has been a journey so far.
The night I got home I noticed the hole cut into our granite was cut slightly off center of where our new sink should go above our lower cabinets. Not completely obvious, but one of those things that I could tell.
Next is the backsplash. The whole reason we had professionals install it was to have it done right. Here is what you will get from the professionals at Kenny's Tile.
Attempt #1:
They left us leaving the edges of the tile clipped and jagged

After taking off work to meet at my home for an estimate to remodel our staircase I am still waiting for the estimate. A few weeks later I called the office to ask for the estimate and was assured I would get a call back. I am still waiting......................I can't imagine working with them on this project. Thank you for showing me your true colors up front. I would give no stars if it were an option.

Built out our condo in downtown KCMO a few years ago. Kenny's did carpet, hardwood, and tile throughout. Several weeks ago sump pump failed and basement bedroom took on water. My wife and I drove from KCMO to Grandview on a Saturday to buy carpet. Told by a poorly trained salesperson that we had to come back during the week and work with our original design rep!! We happen to have jobs during week. Drove to Suburban in downtown OP, bought carpet, in and out in 30 mins. Next time Kenny has to pay the mortgage on his two big homes at Lake Lotawana he can thank his sales person because I bet

Kenny's did come to sand and reseal my wood floors back in 2012. This time turned out better; however, there are still spots on the floor where pieces of paintbrush bristle, hair, and dust were sealed into the floor, the beef jerky is gone.
Recently, in 2014, Kenny's reached out to try to provide us with a better experience. As part of this, they came to our home to repair a chip in our existing granite and replace some non-grantie counters with granite. Alvaro performed the repair. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and and considerate of our home.
