My husband and I search for a while for a good loan and a great rate. After being rejected by a company that we know and love we were luck to have found this one! My husband and I bought our house this past summer after a year and a half struggle and 4 different lenders. Mortgage Assurance Inc Was finally the one that made it happen. They are nicer and easier to work with the the 2 banks and other mortgage company we tried. Explaining every step so we understood exactly where we were through the process.
