I ordered pickup at 6:45 and at 6:52 I got a text that my food was ready to go. It was definitely microwaved and still tasted like the freezer. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered chicken, it should take more than 7 minutes to prep, cook, and package a chicken dish.

This place stinks. They offer delivery but on a Friday night at 6:30 when I call they tell me they are too busy to deliver right now. Won’t even bother coming back

Not only did they forget my order of rice that was SUPPOSED to come with my general tso's chicken, they gave us fortune cookies that was not only
opened but cane with NO FORTUNE. 1 out of 5, would not recommend.

Best food, everything we ordered was delicious and fresh! I will admit I’m really picky when it comes to Chinese food and this place is my new favorite.

The best Chinese food in the area! I always get this food with my boyfriend and his family and it’s amazing. No Chinese place has made the food this good and it’s always cooked well too, so it’s easy to chew. The hot and sour soup is phenomenal. I’m so grateful that they are by me.

The wonton soup noodles were mushy - obviously not cooked all the way. The beef lo mein was terribly bland - had no flavor at all. My plain vegetables and beef with sauce on the side were okay. Would never order from here again. Awful. These comments were made by my friend Monique. I paid.

If you live close by definitely go here instead of Asian Grille in a Lincoln, RI. Food is so much better, fresh and tastier! It's a small place but the quality is well worth this.

The food here is good but very small portions. The crab rangoon had hardly any filling in it and although the broth of the wonton soup was one of the best that I've tried, it had only three wontons in a LARGE order. I would hate to see what a small order consisted of. Not a horrible place, but it definitely could be better.

Fortune House is small and seating is limited, but the food is great. It's such a nice quiet clean place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Only thing that was disappointing is it doesn't have a full bar so if you enjoy beer and/or wine you'll be happy...

Wow- what a great, inexpensive authentic meal we had here this past Weekend. Restaurant is spotless clean, service is prompt and friendly. Prices are so reasonable that anyone seeking a great Chinese meal should run there now. It's located in a small plaza, very unassuming, but excellent in every way

The food here is a little more expensive, but it's better than Great Taste. I wish they put more filling in their crab rangoons and made beef teriyaki a combo plate option. Had their "general tsao's chicken" recently and I would say the meat could be better quality and the outside was kind of soggy. They also charge more for pork fried rice and u have to request just fried rice to avoid hidden fees. I recommend the beef teriyaki, beef and broccoli, fried rice, and the egg rolls are generally good.

The new owners have unfortunately not kept up with the food quality. My shrimp was very rubbery and lacked taste. I used to love it there.
I have not returned since I broke my ribs, it was summer, it was hot and I was sitting in a booth. I struggled to get out of the booth because my leg was stuck to the vinyl and I had trouble moving out of the booth. The waiter made a comment "maybe get more exercise"
Horrible.. amazing how people make judgements like that. I used to eat there once a week and have never returned.

I have been here a handful of times now and it never disappoints.

My dad lives nearby so it's become our monthly dinner spot.

They are very good about substitutions (my dad is diabetic and avoids most starches, rice, etc.) and every thing I have tried there has always been fresh and delicious.

I usually order off their combination dinners (either chow mein or beef/chicken and mixed vegetable) I am always impressed with their portions, service and quality.

Very good Chinese place near by. Far better than Asian restaurant near by.Lunch menu is perfect with variety of options. Price is cheap if you are here for lunch. Quantity is sufficient and quality is good.

This place was a pretty decent Chinese takeout place, and they delivered which was a plus! We ordered the soup, crab Rangoon, and general tso.

The hot and sour soup was pretty good, had some good flavor to it and definitely good for a winter night or if your not feeling well. My husband loved the crab Rangoon. The general tso was the star of the show in my opinion, it was the perfect crispness mixed with the flavor from the sauce and a decent amount of rice and egg roll. The only thing I do wish was that the rice was fried rice instead of just plain rice but maybe we can ask for that next time

The only reason for 2 instead of 1 star is because this place USED TO be good.
I used to go here occasionally for my lunch break with people I work with and it USED TO be awesome. We have decided to not return.
The last time we went, the food took a super long time to arrive, and one person in my party never even got their meal. We were promised 3 times out was on its way, only to find they had never started. When it never came, he had to grab a quick sandwich from the deli next door. It was ok...I do not think I will rush to go back. Service was friendly and fast. However, the food was too salty, and the noodles had no flavor to them. Portions were small compared to other restaurants. Again, it was ok at best, but it was our first time there...

I really love the food at this establishment. I've been coming here for greater than five years and every time I order my favorite dish(chicken Szechuan with vegetables and peanuts, brown rice) , it's been consistently good!

The owner is always very nice and the place is clean and tidy. Fortune House is not a large place, but that's fine. No need to be huge to provide great food and service. Enjoy...

Went there for lunch and got a Lunch Combo. Nothing fancy, a shrimp, chicken and beef stir fry combo with brown rice and a bowl of soup.. I asked for the kitchen to make it light..so little sauce. Still the meat was very salty. About 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant I had a really bad stomach ache and I had to run to the restroom. Not a good experience. Don't think I will go back.

Also, if you spend anything less than $10.....don't even think about using your credit card. !!! NO !! NO !!! .they will tell you that they will not take it.....I thought that
