I so agree with the latest review, I had my child in there and they was always getting blamed for biting another child. When I questioned it she would just say that noone was doing anything to them they my child would just go up to them and bite them. I asked why wasn't ya watching her because you claim they was in different areas at which time I was told we was watching but she was just to fast. I asked to look at camera and was told she would show me but when I got there said I already looked and this is what happened. Once my child went to another daycare not once did she bite any other child

There was pros and cons for this daycare. When my boys came here several years ago.
Pros:
Some teachers do care about the kids from the few I met at the time.
It's affordable
They do work with you on scheduling
Cons:
Organization was bad in keeping age groups separate.(Babies w/older toddlers.) Possibly due to lack of staff.
Poor/No communication when incidents happen.
Felt the tension in the air between some employees & how the owner ran things.
Then there was my experience and red flags I took from the owner. She was nice but definitely unprofessional and brushed off concerns.

Never judge a book by its cover. Its not a fancy looking daycare,as a matter of fact it’s right behind a haunted house attraction for H-town where people have been throwing their tires and torn up couches. Also there’s been excavators for construction in plain view for about 8 months for a project apart from all of the roughness around it..This daycare is great. It has a cute mural of wildlife giving off a jungle vibe and a little playground outside. When I first seen this place after moving into town I was like any other parent wanting the best for my child , super judgmental and boogie lol

The lady Lisa at the front desk didn't hear the door open or see me standing at the window, when I interrupted her conversation with another employee she was short with me. When she opened the door I was amazed when I walked in during nap to find the front classroom unattended and older kids laying in the walkways as a form of punishment while the others where watching a movie! You would think nap time is quiet time, wrong! This place had no control over the children. There was food still on the kitchen counter from lunch and I could hear dogs barking in the office. This daycare is the best I love it my kids been here since two years and never had no issues with the staff or owner . My smallest baby been there since newborn nd she’s 1 soon to be 2 . I love the fact my kids went to daycare and learn there abc how to say there whole name they teach them good . Love it nd always recommend this daycare ❤️❤️❤️
