I called this office to ask if l can change my appointment which was over 2 months out and this broad asks me why am l wanting to change my appointment? I had to check that girl and asked her what is it to her? I saw Keith over 10 years ago and his staff didn’t make me feel welcome back then. l see that his staff still hasn’t changed their unprofessional ways and stand-off-ish attitudes. How dare her questioning me especially when my appointment was scheduled 60 days out. I truly feel it’s because of my ethnicity.
